Jennifer Graham is a veteran agent, with over 20 years in the business. Beginning her career in property management and commercial real estate, she quickly learned to succeed with her can-do, roll-up-your-sleeves approach, which she brings with her to this day. Known as the “price whisperer”, Jennifer has a sixth sense as to what a property will sell for the moment she walks through with a client, unraveling that elusive and difficult piece in buyer representation. Taking time with her clients and being sure the property is the right fit is her first and foremost objective. Having raised a family in Marin Co, Jennifer moved to the East Bay and became a real estate agent and “Top Producer” at Alain Pinel. Jennifer’s passion for client relationships, keen sense of the market and respect from her colleagues make her the perfect fit to find and secure the home that her buyers fall in love with. Let's just say my partner and I made the best decision working with Jennifer in looking to buy our very first home. Jen's expansive knowledge and huge network in the SF East Bay was invaluable and made it all the difference in navigating through appointments and writing offers- especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. During our search, the housing market had exploded and it was nearly impossible to find houses around asking price, but Jen was tremendously helpful and patient during every single showing and offer we submitted.
