Tony Mills has been working in the marketing industry for 20 years, and has been immersed in real estate videography for the past 10. Tony received a Masters degree in Architecture from UC Berkeley, and while he soon realized a career as an architect was not the career he was looking for, it left him with a passion and eye for great design that he utilizes to this day. As one of the first members of the Claudia Mills Real Estate Team, Tony has been producing cinematic, narrated videos for Claudia’s homes from the beginning. A self proclaimed tech geek, Tony has ensured that all of the marketing tools and gadgets are always the newest technology and top of the line. When not creating beautiful videos for the team, Tony enjoys playing tennis and spending time with the family.

Katherine Ponec, the marketing vision of the team and Claudia’s daughter, has always loved real estate. After graduating with a degree in Public Relations and Advertising from Chapman University, she then went on to work at Getty Images in a dedicated support role for key accounts. It was there she learned and honed her project management skills, all the while assisting with Claudia’s branding. Now as a full time team member, Katherine’s keen eye for design and nose for current trends ensures every client receives stunning and effective marketing assets. Coupling a modern perspective with fresh business acuity, she brings state-of-the-art marketing practices to all CMRET listings. Outside of work, Katherine loves to practice hot yoga, take her mini labradoodle, Ollie, for hikes, and throw dinner parties with her husband.

Born and raised in Oakland, Frances Chau graduated from UC Davis with a degree in Human Development. She spent the first 9 years of her career as a preschool educator, teaching children from age 3 months to 5 years. Frances’s career in real estate began when she was hired as a receptionist for McGuire Real Estate. It was there she met Claudia, who appreciated Frances’ efficiency, attention-to-detail and positive outlook.
Transitioning to Keller Williams in 2020 as Agent Services Director, she further developed her organizational prowess and business development acumen. Now, Frances acts as Claudia’s right hand, creating the finest in client experience with her unwavering dedication and organizational skills. When she is not working, you can find her exploring the local regional park trails with her family, snowboarding on the mountains of Lake Tahoe or taking gorgeous baby photographs of her young son.
